Bump set spike….bump set spike….that was the mantra of Lowwapaneu Lodge’s stellar volleyball squad as they fought their way to victory over Unami Lodge at the 2019 Section NE-5 Conclave. Held at Camp Ockanickon in Pipersville PA, Conclave served as a meeting between the Lodges in Section NE-5 for plenty of fun and fellowship. The boys in blue not only took home the first place win in volleyball (much thanks to Coach Srebro), but also managed to bring home first place in ultimate fris-bee and the drum team competition. Lowwapaneu’s drum team has gone undefeat-ed at Conclave for the past few years and 2019 proved to be no different.

Overall the 2019 Conclave was an exciting experience for all who attended. The various programs were rewarding and the fellowship was off the charts. Lowwapaneu mem-bers sat and exchanged stories and information with their brothers in neighboring lodges, making memories that will certainly last a lifetime. With the 2019 Section NE-5 Conclave come and gone, all Lodges are looking forward to the next big event: the 2020 Conclave hosted by….wait for it….your very own Lowwapaneu Lodge! Where’s it going to be held? You’d better believe it….the one and only Goose Pond Scout Reservation! If that wasn’t incredible enough, it just so happens that Goose Pond will also be celebrating it’s 100th anniversary in 2020!

It’s almost too good to be true!
