Section Fees for Conclave are $1,200. This pricing includes Airfare from PHL and back to PHL and includes all meals except for 2 lunches on the touring days while in Puerto Rico. All contingent members must travel together following the planned travel itinerary that section E17 will provide. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Use this form submit your deposit and get on the WAITLIST. We have no idea how many spots we are going to get from the section you are NOT GUARANTEED ONE!! Early registration gives you a higher opportunity to get a spot to attend this Conclave! Registration is a $250 deposit, which you will get back if you are not given a spot.
There is a specific payment plan to reach the $1,200 price, which is the price that section is charging.
The 2025 Section E17 Conclave is open to currently registered Arrowmen of Section E17's eleven lodges only.

Deposit: $250.00 - Due 2/1/2025
Payment 1: $475.00 - Due 3/18/2025
Payment 2: $475.00 - Due 5/1/2025
You will make your deposit with your waitlist sign up today. Future payments can be made at the Scout Service Center.
Cancellation Policy
Lowwapaneu Lodge must commit financial resources to book travel, pay section conference fees, and purchase supplies for the trip. The following guidelines we be used to determine any refunds:
- Before February 1st - 100% of the monies paid will be refunded.
- Between February 1 and May 15 - 100% of unspent monies paid will be refunded, less the $250 deposit.
- After May 15th - No refunds will be possible.
Participants removed from the contingent due to violation of the conference or BSA policies will not receive a refund and may be responsible for their own housing and transportation home.
